Mulwarra sources live and fresh seafood directly from reliable growers and fisherman across all Australian States. Reef Fish are packed directly off boats that come ashore in Northern Queensland and Western Australia while Baby Octopus and Prawns come from Northern New South Wales.
An increasing amount of our seafood exports are directly from the expanding Aquaculture industry in Australia. From Tasmania these include Ocean Trout from the renowned Tasmanian grower Petuna Seafoods, Salmon, Live Southern Rock Lobsters, Live Blue Mussels and Half Shell Scallops and Oysters directly off leases. From South Australia we supply Yellowtail Kingfish as well as live Oysters from Coffin, Streaky and Smokey Bay as well as Franklin Harbour and cockles from Goolwa. From Victoria we supply River Trout and Fresh Water Salmon Roe. Our large network of specialist seafood suppliers enables us to supply a variety and quality that is second to none.
