Lamb

Mulwarra Lamb is premium quality Fresh Australian Range Fed Lamb and Milk Fed Lamb sourced from the prime lamb production areas of South Eastern Australia.

Our lamb is processed by two of Australia's leading lamb processors with a large number of lambs sourced directly from leading growers groups. These growers produce lamb recognised as the finest available and they ensure we have a reliable year round supply of quality lambs. All Mulwarra Fresh Australian Range Fed Lamb is sourced from New South Wales and Victoria from second cross lamb bred solely for meat production. We target a carcase weight of lambs of 18-27 kg with this weight range then further refined to three weight grades of 18-21 kg, 21-24 kg and 24-27 kg. Weight ranged cuts are available for premium rack and loin items.
